This toolkit has been developed to compliment the recent AELP / AoC collaboration on a Guide to Supply Chain Management. The toolkit focuses on the procurement activities involved in subcontracting training provision and includes examples of an Invitation to Tender and Conditions of Contract. It is intended that you use this toolkit in conjunction with the SCM guide produced by AELP and AoC.
The information relating to the Procurement Regulations has been updated by CPC to reflect the changes to procurements commenced on or after 26 February 2015.
