Purchasing/Procurement Card
1. Introduction
The purpose of a Purchasing Card (Card) is to streamline the procurement process and expedite the delivery of goods and services. The administrative costs involved in purchasing such items are disproportionate to the actual cost of the goods or services involved.
The product currently used by the Institution is insert details. It works in a similar way to a credit card but has strict security and control features placed on it.
The purpose of this manual is to provide advice and guidance to Cardholders on the use of the Card.
